Azeri minister invited to Moscow
MOSCOW – Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a phone talk with his Azerbaijani counterpart on Friday.
Lavrov invited Elmar Mammadyarov to pay an official visit to Russia. "The invitation was accepted with gratitude," the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
The sides also reviewed some issues related to bilateral relations and regional agenda.
