Quadruplets born in southern Azerbaijan
BAKU – A 31-year-old woman in southern Azerbaijan has given birth to quadruplets, reports say.
The babies – two boys and two girls – were delivered with Caesarian section by Sevinj Farziyeva, a resident of a settlement in the Lankaran district. One of the infants weighs 900 grams, while two others weigh 1.3 kg each, and one 1.4 kg.
Another Lankaran resident, 27-year-old Kamile Gafarova, has recently delivered triplets – two girls and a boy.Both mothers and the babies are in normal condition.
