OSCE chair: It is time to launch talks with Azerbaijan on easing visa rules
BAKU – OSCE chairman Audronius Azubalis has said that the time has come to draw Europe’s South Caucasus neighbors to the initiatives being implemented as part of the European Neighborhood Policy and begin negotiating agreements on simplifying visa regulations with Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Azubalis, Lithuania’s foreign minister, told a meeting of the EU’s Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels that he supports the bloc’s boosting relations with the three South Caucasus countries – Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia.
