BAKU – The principal of Baku State University (BSU) has been awarded with the European Order "Duty and Honor" by the Union of the UN Council for Public Awards, according to the BSU.
Academician Abel Maharramov’s award marks his contribution to science and education. A relevant document was signed by the head of the Union.
