Romanian leader warns against use of force in resolving frozen conflicts
ASTANA – The use of force is unacceptable in resolving frozen conflicts in OSCE member countries, Romanian President Traian Basescu said at the OSCE Astana summit on Wednesday.
"The non-use of force relates to the main conflicts in OSCE member countries -- Transnistria, Nagorno Karabakh and the conflict in Georgia," Basescu said.
