Azeri president receives German Marshall Fund chief
BAKU – Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Monday received president of the German Marshall Fund (GMF) of the United States Craig Kennedy.
The GMF president said he was deeply impressed by recent years` development processes in Baku, adding it proved the fact natural resources had been effectively used in Azerbaijan.
President Aliyev said major development was underway not only in Baku but all regions of the country. The president said the current visit was a good opportunity for Kennedy to see the development processes in Azerbaijan.
They also discussed prospects for cooperation between Azerbaijan and the German Marshall Fund.
