Election Platform

Economic Issues
- drawing foreign investors to beneficial projects covering a variety of fields for the development of the region's economy
- providing favorable conditions for the expansion of entrepreneurial activity in all areas
- solving domestic problems facing the population in a short time, including by supporting the solution of artificially caused problems with water and gas supply, and roads in rural areas.

Social Issues
- raising the minimum wage
- reinstating child support benefits
- supporting the creation of at least 2,000 jobs as part of efforts to eliminate unemployment in the region. Preliminary agreements have already been reached with foreign investors to that end.
- facilitating an increase in the level of education and healthcare in the region
- achieving an increase in the benefits provided to low-income citizens, including the families of war victims, those disabled in the Karabakh war and war veterans
- placing a particular emphasis on the development of sports in the region to encourage a healthy lifestyle for youths.

Legal Issues
- A free development of every person is the main pre-condition for the development of society. Supporting this principle, I will stand by President Ilham Aliyev's political course aiming to restore Azerbaijan's territorial integrity, ensure a return of refugees and internally displaced persons to their homes, protect the rights and freedoms of our citizens, and promote sustainable democratic development in the country.
