Turkey, Azerbaijan to sign deals during Erdogan’s visit
BAKU – Turkey and Azerbaijan are expected to sign a number of agreements during Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s visit to the country in the coming months, Turkish Ambassador Hulusi Kilic said.
Erdogan will arrive in the country to attend a meeting of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council. The visit could be paid late this year or early next year, Kilic told reporters.
The agreement on the cooperation council was signed on the sidelines of a summit of Turkic countries’ leaders by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Erdogan in Istanbul on September 15.
