CE chief to visit Azerbaijan
BAKU - Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland will visit Azerbaijan to attend an international conference on youth problems in September.
The Secretary General is expected to meet with the Azeri leadership, opposition parties and non-governmental organizations to mull the democracy and reforms in the country, as well the upcoming parliamentary elections due in November.
