Iran submits proposals on Garabagh
Iran has submitted proposals to the Armenian and Azerbaijani
governments on settling the Upper (Nagorno) Garabagh conflict, the
country’s Mehr news agency quoted Foreign Minister Manouchehr
Mottaki as saying.
Mottaki said Tehran hopes Baku and Yerevan will approve of the proposals but he did not elaborate on their essence.
The Iranian minister added that he believes some conflicts in the volatile region could find their solution soon.*
