Former head of department at Azerbaijani MoD detained

Former head of Housing and Utilities Department of the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, Fikrat Mirzayev, has been detained within a criminal case opened by the State Security Service, Trend reports.
Mirzayev was charged under Article 179.4 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
His dismissal took place in 2020.
