Azerbaijani and Russian experts discussed on the Baku Network platform the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, the inevitability of making consistent efforts by the parties to delimit and demarcate borders and the prospects for Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia to move towards signing a trilateral agreement.

Director of the Baku Network expert platform, an expert of the Valdai Club Gulnara Mammadzade, director of the Russian Institute for Contemporary State Development Dmitry Solonnikov, Ph.D. in political sciences, leading researcher of the Institute of Law and Human Rights of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Moisey Bekker and director of the Caucasus History Center, UNESCO expert Rizvan Huseynov participated in the discussions.
