FMs of Azerbaijan, Russia begin one-on-one meeting

A one-on-one meeting between Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov was held, Trend reports citing the official Twitter page of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergei Lavrov paid an official visit to Azerbaijan on May 10-11.
Despite the difficult situation amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Russian-Azerbaijani dialogue remained intense in 2020 and is gradually returning to face-to-face format.
It is based on regular contacts at the highest and high levels, developed inter-parliamentary, intergovernmental, and interdepartmental ties, as well as interaction at the regional level.
