occupation, held a secret meeting on Monday, according to Armenia`s
Tert.am news agency.

discussed, but said the participants appeared ``perturbed`` in
conclusion of the discussions.
``The attendees headed to their military units as soon as the
meeting concluded,`` the source said. ``Regiment commanders
conducted a line-up, which means that an alarm bell will soon be
rung in `the army of Upper Garabagh`, or, speaking in military
terms, military mobilization will be declared.``
The report enables a conclusion that Garabagh separatists had
