Temperature to rise up in Azerbaijan

The weather will be abnormally hot in the country on June 26. The maximum temperature will reach 35-40˚C.

Ecologists predict sunny weather in Baku on June 26.

Mild northwest wind will replace northeast wind in the afternoon.

The temperature on the peninsula will be +21-24˚C at night, +33-38˚C in daytime in Absheron peninsula, in Baku +22-24˚C at night and +36-38˚C in daytime, the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry reported.

Atmospheric pressure will be 757mm; relative humidity will be 55-65 percent at night, 30-35 percent in the afternoon.

Sea water temperature will reach 24-25 degrees in the afternoon on Absheron beaches (Sumgayit, Novkhani, Pirshaghi, Nardaran, Bilgah, Zagulba), the sea water temperature will be 25-26 degrees in southern beaches (Turkan, Hovsan, Sahil, Shikh).

The mild northern wind will create favorable weather conditions on the beaches.

However, MENR advises to avoid sunlight due to the temperature rise to 38˚C.

The weather will be mainly dry in country's regions. West wind will blow. The temperature will be +20-25˚C at night, +35-40˚C in daytime, +13-18˚C in mountains at night, +22-27˚C.

Hot temperatures expected on June 26-27 is unfavorable for meteo-sensitive people.

The temperature will rise to 42˚C in Central-Aran and Nakhchivan.
