Afghan president: Azerbaijan achieved great development after independence

President of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani sent a congratulatory letter to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
Ghani expressed his sincere congratulations to President Aliyev and Azerbaijan on the occasion of the national holiday, the Republic Day.
Azerbaijan has achieved a great and significant development after independence, he said, voicing gladness that the two nations stand by each other as close friends.
Expressing hope for even greater expansion of the ties between the two countries, he voiced belief that Azerbaijan will develop even more under President Aliyev's wise leadership.
Ghani wished health and success to President Aliyev and well-being and progress to the friendly people of Azerbaijan.
