Berdimuhamedov: Turkmenistan-Azerbaijan ties based on principles of trust, respect, benefits

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has sent a congratulatory letter to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
"On behalf of people and government of Turkmenistan, as well as on my own behalf, I express heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to you and all fraternal people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of Azerbaijan’s national holiday - the Republic Day," reads the congratulatory message.
“We in Turkmenistan appreciate relations with the Republic of Azerbaijan, based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, mutual respect and trust,” President Berdimuhamedov added. “I am sure that the high level of cooperation and mutual understanding between our fraternal countries will serve as a solid foundation for the further development and strengthening of bilateral Turkmenistan-Azerbaijan relations for the benefit of our peoples.”
"I wish robust health and happiness to you, while peace and prosperity to friendly and fraternal Azerbaijani people," reads the congratulatory message.
