Changeable cloudy weather to prevail

The weather will be changeable cloudy, occasionally gloomy and mainly rainless in Baku and Absheron Peninsula on February 14.
North wind will be followed with south-west wind in the afternoon, according to a meteo-report by the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry.
The temperature will be 0-2˚C at night, +2-5˚C in daytime in Absheron peninsula, close to 1 degree of frost at night, +3-5˚C in the daytime in Baku. Air pressure records 767. Relative humidity will be 85-95% at night, 60-70% in the afternoon.
In the regions, the weather will be snowy and foggy in some places. West wind will waft. The temperature will be 0-4 degrees of frost at night, +2-6˚C in daytime, 6-11 degrees of frost in mountains at night, 0-5 degrees of frost in daytime.
Unstable weather conditions prevailed across the country on the past weekend. The temperature was 2.7-3 degrees below than norm in February.
Heavy snow was observed in Great Caucasus, Nakhchivan AR and Lankaran-Astara region, however, occasional weak snow observed in some areas in the Absheron peninsula and Baku.
According to hydrometeorological stations in Absheron peninsula, amount of precipitation in last 4 days made 8 mm in Gumyatag, 3 in Baku, 1 in Zabrat and Mashtaga.
