Hydrometeorologists warn drivers of icy roads

Changeable cloudy weather is forecast for January 30, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reported.
Mild north-west wind will waft. The temperature will be 0-3 degrees of frost at night, +1-5˚C in daytime in Absheron peninsula, 0-2 degrees of frost at night, +2-4˚C in the daytime in Baku. Air pressure records 765. Relative humidity will be 85-95%.
In the regions of Azerbaijan, the weather will be mostly dry. Fog predicted in some places. West wind will waft and intensify in some places.
The temperature will be 0-5 degrees of frost at night, +7-12˚C in daytime, 15-20 degrees of frost in mountains at night, 1-6 degrees of frost in daytime.
The roads will be icy.
