Weather forecast for December

The average monthly temperature in December is expected to be close to the climatic norm, while the rainfalls will sometimes exceed the norm, according to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
In Baku and Absheron peninsula, the average monthly temperature
is predicted to be +5-7˚C which is close to the climatic norm. The
temperature will be +2-7˚C at night, 0-5˚C in some days, + 8-13 in
the afternoon, +1-5˚C in some days. Monthly precipitation is
expected to be nigh (24-34mm norm) to the climatic norm.
The average monthly temperature in Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic
is predicted to be -2+3˚C which is within the climatic norm. The
temperature will be 0-5 degrees of frost at nights, 13-18 degrees
of frost in some days, +7-12˚C in the afternoons, while 0-5˚C in
some days. Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climatic
norm (norm 14-35 mm).
In Upper Karabakh: Khankandi, Shusha, Khojali, Khocavand ; Gubadli, Zangilan, Lachin, Kalbajar and Dashkasan, Gadabay regions, the monthly temperature is predicted to be -1+3˚C which is nigh to the climatic norm. The temperature will be -2+3˚C at nights, +6-11degrees of frost in some days, +3-8˚C in the afternoons, 0-5˚C in some days. Monthly rainfall is expected to be nigh to the climatic norm (norm 27-53mm).
In Gazakh-Ganja, Goranboy, Tar-Tar-Agdam-Agjabadi-Fuzuli-Jabrail regions, the monthly temperature is predicted to be +3-5˚C which is close to the climatic norm. The temperature will be 0-5degrees of frost at nights, 2-7degrees of frost, +7-12˚C in the afternoons, while -2+3˚C in some days. Monthly precipitation is expected to be nigh to the climatic norm (norm 13-32 mm).
The average monthly temperature In Balakan, Zagatala, Qakh, Sheki, Oguz, Gabala, İsmailly, Agsu, Shamakhy, Siyazan, Shabran, Khizi, Guba, Khachmaz, Gusar regions is expected to be +1-4˚C which is nigh to the climatic norm. The temperature will be -3+2C at nights, 6-11 degrees of frost in some days,13-18 degrees of frost in mountainous areas, +4-9˚C in the afternoons, while 0-5 ˚C in some days. Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climatic norm (norm 24-48 mm).
In Central-Aran: Agdash, Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Kurdamir, İmishli, Beylagan, Sabirabad, Bilasuvar, Saatli, Shirvan, Hajıgabul, Salyan, Neftchala regions, the monthly temperature is predicted to be +4-6˚C which is close to the climatic norm. The temperature will be 0-5˚C at nights, 2-7 degrees of frost in some days, +8-13˚C in the afternoons, while 0-5˚C in several days. Monthly precipitation is expected to be nigh to the climatic norm (norm 19-32 mm).
The monthly temperature in Masallı-Lankaran-Astara-Lerik, Yardimli regions is expected to be +2-7˚C, which is close to the climatic norm. The temperature will be +1-6˚C at nights, close to 0-5 degrees in some days, 9-14 degrees of frost in mountainous areas,+7-12˚C in the afternoons, while 0-4˚C in some days. Monthly rainfall is expected to be close to the climatic norm (norm 45-106 mm) and partly more in some areas.
