Azerbaijan joins charity Christmas Bazaar in Montenegro
Azerbaijan`s embassy in Montenegro has joined charity Christmas bazaar in Podgorice.
The event was joined by diplomatic missions and international organizations
The guests of the event enjoyed the opportunity to buy a wide variety of products from all over the world: souvenirs, clothing, fashion accessories, jewelry, handicrafts, arts, traditional food and beverages.
The bazaar aims to promote relationship and strengthen friendship between members representing their respective countries.
The Azerbaijani stand displayed exhibits and photos that reflect the culture and ancient history, tourism potential, modern infrastructure of the country.
The national souvenirs, carpets, various materials about the culture and tolerance of Azerbaijan were demonstrated as part of the bazaar.
Azerbaijan recognized Montenegro’s independence on July 24, 2006. The protocol regarding the establishment of diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Montenegro was signed in 2008.
Earlier in April 2014, Baku hosted a business meeting between Azerbaijan and Montenegro, which brought together businessmen from industry, agriculture, food industry, tourism and construction sectors to discuss the prospects of bilateral cooperation between the countries
