Azerbaijan's opera singer to perform in Moscow

A well-known Azerbaijani opera singer will perform at a Concert Hall in Moscow named after Tchaikovsky on December 17.

Dinara Aliyeva, the soloist of Russia's Bolshoi Theatre, will perform at Philharmonia's Concert Hall.

National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia led by Vladimir Spivakov will perform "Missa Solemnis" by Ludwig van Beethoven during the concert.

In addition to Aliyeva, Ekaterina Gubanova, Dmitry Korchak, and some others are the other soloists of the program.

Dinara Aliyeva, Azerbaijan's Honored Artist, has graduated from the Baku Academy of Music. A soloist of the Azerbaijan State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, she performed leading roles from 2002 till 2005.

Aliyeva became the soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia in 2009.

Laureate of Bulbul, Maria Callas, Elena Obraztsova, and Francesco Vinas Operalia international competitions and the holder of the honor medal of Irina Arkhipova's International Fund for musical figures, Dinara Aliyeva has performed at the Vienna State Opera and the Latvian National Opera.
