Rihanna captivates fans in Baku

The multiple Grammy Awards winning R&B queen Rihanna captivated the hearts of her numerous fans at a spectacular show in the Azerbaijani capital Baku on Saturday, October 6.
The world famous Barbadian singer arrived in Baku with a 80-member team to present her breath-taking performance at Baku Crystal Hall, where the Eurovision song contest was held in May.
A crowd of fans gathered in Baku to see the brilliant performance at Crystal Hall, which she dedicated to combat against piracy in the music industry.
The concert began with a performance of young Azerbaijani singer Gultakin. Afterwards, the famous Azerbaijani DJ Magnum lighted up the fire on stage with his vertiginous music.
Natig Rythm Group performed national music including the famous Azerbaijani song Sari Gelin.
As the sounds of drum beats subsided, the long-waited singer appeared on stage. The appearance of Rihanna caused an incredible surge of emotion amidst the audience. Filled with energy from the thrilling show, the viewers jubilantly sang along with her, dancing. Rihanna several times during the performance of her hits repeated "I love you, Baku!"
Within an hour, followed by computer graphics, video and an extraordinary laser show, Rihanna rocked the audience with her hits.
The bright and festive evening will long remain in the memory of Baku and its visitors.
The concert was organized by Omnikomo Music Group, an exclusive licensee of the Universal Music Group for Azerbaijan.
