Italy's "Rai Radio 3" will broadcast Azerbaijani music from the Quirinal Palace on October 14 as part of "Quirinale Concerts".
The concert will be organized on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic (ADR) and the 10th anniversary of the inclusion of mugham in the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, Azertag reported.
The event will be implemented by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the National Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan for UNESCO and the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Italy.
At the concert, Belcan-Tar ensemble, consisting of Azerbaijani and Italian musicians will perform Azerbaijan's classical music.
In addition, "Karabakh" band led by national artist Mansum Ibragimov will delight the audience with Azerbaijani mugham and folk songs.
The concert program will be also presented atthe Regional Council of Abruzzo on October 12.
