Central Bank announces Azerbaijani currency rate for Apr. 11
Official exchange rate of manat, the Azerbaijani national currency, against the US dollar was set at 1.5269 manats for Apr. 11, said Azerbaijan's Central Bank (CBA) Apr. 8.
Manat's official rate on Apr. 8 is 1.5231 AZN/USD.
The State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) sold $50 million to 20 banks through an auction held by the CBA.
SOFAZ said the banks bought the entire foreign currency amount put up for sale.
