Construction materials drop 26% in value
The price of construction materials in Baku has
dropped 26.3% in the last month.
A source from the Public Association of Participants in the Real Estate Market said the largest decrease has affected re-bars (35%) which commands a special role in the construction materials portfolio.
The price of block stone, glue and panels has fallen by 10%.
This drop in prices has been seen in 27 out of 82 surveyed construction materials, while the price of 40 has remained unchanged.
