BakuBuild 2014 International Exhibition, which is the largest building event in the Caspian region, will take place from October 22 to 25 at the Baku Expo Centre.

The exhibition marking its 20^th anniversary this year has become the guiding force on the building market for Azerbaijani and foreign companies and acted as a starting point for many companies that are industry leaders today.

More than 3,200 companies from 35 countries have exhibited over 20 years, hosting more than 100,000 visitors and giving the exhibition the reputation of an effective business platform where contracts are signed and trends on the building services market are determined.

The anniversary exhibition will have record results.

The Caspian Construction Week which unites BakuBuild, Aqua-Therm Baku and CIPS will present over 500 companies from 28 countries. The exhibitions will occupy all of the pavilions of the Baku Expo Centre, including the open air area and the new fifth hall, which will have its opening coincide with the anniversary exhibition.

The majority of the new hall will be occupied by national groups from Hungary, Germany, Italy, Iran, Spain, Portugal, UAE and France. The national group of India will exhibit for the first time this year, with the support of the Federation of Indian Export Organizations (FIEO). As always, companies from Turkey will have a significant presence at the exhibition (38 companies).

A pleasing development is that around 40% of exhibitors will be local companies, which will include both debut and repeat exhibitors. The General Sponsor of the exhibition will be the Corella brand, while the AZPOL brand will act as Gold Sponsor, with both brands being part of repeat BakuBuild exhibitor NB Group. Holcim Azerbaijan will act as Registration Sponsor and Gazakh Cement Plant will also be one of the Sponsors of the exhibition.

The organizers of the exhibition are ITE Group Plc from the United Kingdom and their partners Iteca Caspian LLC.
