Baku to host Azerbaijani-Dutch business forum

An Azerbaijan - Netherlands business forum will be held at the
initiative of the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion
Foundation (AZPROMO) with the support of Azerbaijan's Economy and
Industry Ministry in Baku on November 21.
According to AZPROMO, the forum will be organized in the framework
of the visit of a delegation headed by Mayor of Rotterdam city
Ahmed Aboutaleb.
The Netherlands will be represented by ten companies operating in
logistics, industry, consulting and shipbuilding sectors at the
forum, which will take place at the Baku Business Center.
Diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and the Netherlands were
established in 1992. The legal framework for bilateral cooperation
includes nine documents.
Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) is
a joint public-private-initiative, established by the Ministry of
Economy and Industry of Azerbaijan in 2003 with the aim to
contribute to economic development by attracting foreign
investments in the non-oil sectors of economy and stimulating
expansion of country's exports of non-oil goods to the overseas
markets.
