Sudan invites Azerbaijani companies to invest in country
Azerbaijani Economy and Industry Minister Shahin Mustafayev received a Sudanese delegation, which took part in the 3rd Baku International Humanitarian Forum, on November 1.
The Sudanese delegation included Investment Minister Mustafa Osman Ismail Elami, Finance and Economy Minister Ali Mahmoud Abdul-Rasool, Minister of Science and Technology Eissa Bashari Mohamed, State Minister Mohamed Mukhtar Hassan Hussein and Sudanese Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mohammad Elias Mohammad al-Haq.
The meeting mulled possibility of development of the economic relations between the two countries.
During the meeting Mustafayev spoke in details about the economy of Azerbaijan.
Hailing the Sudanese delegation's visit to Azerbaijan, the minister said that the meetings will contribute to the development of relations between the two states.
Ismail Elami , in turn, thanked the Azerbaijani government for invitation to the 3rd Baku International Humanitarian Forum.
He said that the delegation's visit to Azerbaijan indicates the value that Sudan attaches to the development of bilateral relations.
The Sudanese minister said the country has a great potential in the field of agriculture and mining, and invited Azerbaijani companies to Sudan.
