Azerbaijan, Romania eye coop issues
The Azerbaijan-Romania cooperation was in focus of the meeting of State Secretary of the Romanian Foreign Ministry Stejarel Olaru and Azerbaijani Energy Minister Natig Aliyev held in Baku on October 31.
The sides spoke about the history of the Azerbaijan-Romania relations, as well as the role of reciprocal visits of the two countries` presidents in development of the ties between the two countries, AzerTag state news agency reported.
Aliyev said there were good opportunities for development of the Azerbaijan-Romania cooperation in a variety of fields. He also stressed beneficial usage of these opportunities.
Aliyev expressed his confidence that the two countries would implement new economic projects.
In turn, Olaru proposed increasing investment projects of the Azerbaijani government in various fields of the Romanian economy.
