Azerbaijan’s customs transfers over 0.7bln manats to state budget
The Azerbaijani State Customs Committee transferred 764 million manats to the state budget in January-July 2013, at the expense of collection of customs duties and taxes.
The committee reported that the revenues from customs duties in July amounted to 27.74 million manats. The revenues from value-added taxes from imported goods amounted to 82.73 million manats, from excise taxes to 11.88 million manats, and from road taxes to 1.8 million manats.
The forecast for budget allocations through the State Customs Committee for 2013 is set at 1.38 billion manats.
