Azerbaijani companies invited to participate in construction of power plant in Iraq
Iraq invites Azerbaijani companies to participate in the tender for construction of gas power station, Al-Akkas, according to the statement of the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) released on Tuesday.
The plant, with a production capacity of 250 MW will use as a raw material gas from the country's largest field Akkas, located in the province of Anbar. Construction of the plant will require up to three years.
