Azerbaijan trade turnover hits $36 bln
Azerbaijan`s foreign trade turnover totalled $36.037 billion in Jan-Oct, 2012, AzerTac state news agency reported, referring to the country's statistics body.
The share of state sector in export operations reached $28.375 bln while import operations made up $7.661 bln respectively, the State Statistics Committee said.
Positive balance on import and export operations for Jan-Oct amounted to $20.714 bln. Exports of non-oil products made up $1.283 bln, the committee said.
Azerbaijan conducted trade operations with 150 countries in Jan-Oct.
83,8% of trade operations were carried out with Italy, Israel, the US, Russia, Indonesia, Turkey, Germany, France, India, China, the UK, Bulgaria, Georgia, Czech Republic, Taiwan (province of China), Greece, Ukraine, Singapore and Tunis.
