Tuvalu eyes Azeri investment
Tuvalu island state is interested in establishing cooperation with Azerbaijan in the agriculture and tourism sectors.
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and his Tuvaluan counterpart Apisai Ielemia discussed prospects of cooperation between the two countries om the sidelines of the UN General Assembly session in New York, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday.
Ielemia called on Azerbaijan to consider opportunities to invest in his country.
Mammadyarov, in turn, suggested that young Tuvaluan students and diplomats study at Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy.
