Jumeirah opens hotel in Azerbaijan
Jumeirah Group, a Dubai-based luxury hotel company, opened a hotel in the Bilgah settlement of the Azerbaijani capital Baku on Wednesday.
The ceremony was attended by President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva.
The Jumeirah Bilgah Beach Hotel complex, built by the local Azinko Holding, is the first hotel opened in CIS by Jumeirah Group.
The 20-storied hotel, which covers 54,000 square meters, will have nine restaurants, a bar and a night club.
Up to 600 tenants may simultaneously enjoy recreation at the nearby beach.
