Communication fees drop in Azerbaijan: ITU
BAKU – Azerbaijan was among countries with dropping communication fees from 2008-2010, the International Telecommunication Union has said.
Whereas Azerbaijan was ranked 99th among 161 countries in 2009, the following year its ranking jumped to 53rd among 165 countries assessed, the ITU said in its ICT Price Basket report, according to the country’s communications ministry.
