Imported planes exempt from tax in Azerbaijan
BAKU – The Azerbaijani government has lifted the value added tax from the airplanes and helicopters as well as some aviation equipment imported to the country. The decision will go into effect on May 25, the Cabinet of Ministers said.
VAT currently makes up 18 percent in Azerbaijan.
