Hilton Baku hotel to be commissioned in 2011
Hotel Hilton Baku, which is being built in Baku on Azadlig Avenue
in lieu of the hotel Azerbaijan, will be commissioned in August
2011, the Real Estate Market Participants public union has
said.
Construction work is being carried out by ISR Capital Investments.
The five-star Hotel Hilton Baku encompasses 42,160 square meters. The hotel will consist of 25 floors and 308 suites. The facility will house an indoor car park for 550 vehicles, elevators with city view, restaurants, concert and exhibition halls, a recreation center covering 670 square meters, sports and fitness centers and swimming pools.
A bar, which rotates 360 degrees and covers the entire panorama of Baku, will be located on the top floor of the hotel.*
