Construction of new shipyard to start in 2008
The construction of a new shipyard will start in Azerbaijan this
year. The business plan of the enterprise is being developed and
financial issues concerning construction operations to be carried
out by Korea's STS Company are being solved.
Small and medium-size vessels and equipment will be produced and
repaired at the shipyard, the Azerbaijan Investment Company
said.
