Azercell launches call center in western Azerbaijan
Azerbaijan’s leading cellular operator, Azercell,
launched a new call center on Friday in Ganja, the country’s second
largest city, in an effort to expand the scope of its services and
increase their quality.
The Ganja Call Center, which will cover the whole western Azerbaijan, will review requests from Azercell customers and provide them with comprehensive information about the company’s services and campaigns.
Ali Agan, Azercell Telecom CEO, told the opening ceremony that the new center will promote favorable business climate in Azerbaijani regions.
"We are delighted that the centers and customer services we have opened are contributing to the government’s program on socio-economic development of the regions."
According to Agan, the Ganja center is the second such center in Azerbaijan. "It will be receiving appeals all day long, deal with their solution and operate seven days a week."
On the same day, the cellular operator opened an Azercell Express office in Shamkir. Its goal is to combine three services in one point. Thus, Azercell customers will be able to pay their phone bills, avail of customer service and purchase a new phone or phone number just by visiting the office.
"We are proud to be the first company presenting this concept, called "one stop shopping", not only in Azerbaijan but in the whole region," Agan said.*
