Over 10 orders on 8 state-owned entities received in Azerbaijan during auction [PHOTO]

Azerbaijan’s State Property Issues Committee held a regular auction on April 2, Trend reports with reference to the committee.
During the current auction, 12 orders were received regarding 8 state-owned entities.
Non-residential area located on U. Hajibayov Street in the Kapaz district of Ganja is one of the privatized state entities. The total effective area of the entity is 323.2 square meters. The state property entity was privatized for 40,000 manats.
Among the privatized entities, there was also an unfinished warehouse of a small wholesale facility. The area of this state entity in the Goragan village of the Gakh district is 1,000 square meters. An auction participant privatized this entity for 2,500 manats.
A total of six orders were made regarding two privatized vehicles. One such vehicle is a BMW car. The starting price for a car produced in 2005 was 6,500 manats. The final price of the car was 8,500 manats. Other privatized cars of BMW, UAZ and GAZ brands were produced in 1995-2007.
Azerbaijan’s State Property Issues Committee will hold the next auction April 9. Thus, 93 state entities will be put up for privatization this time. Fifteen of them are joint-stock companies, thirty-seven are small state-owned facilities and objects, six are non-residential areas and semi-finished buildings, and thirty-five are vehicles.
