IBA, FBConsultant to launch CRM SalesLogix system
FBConsultant LLC and the International Bank of
Azerbaijan (IBA) signed an agreement in August for pilot
introduction of the CRM SalesLogix system in one of the bank`s
branches.
The introduction of CRM SalesLogix, developed by FBConsultant, will assist IBA in the implementation of the bank`s strategy aiming to provide its customers with a full range of banking products and services, developed with the application of innovative technologies while providing the most favorable conditions for clientele.
The main objective of the project is to optimize the current business processes applied by the bank and make appropriate adjustments to the CRM system to increase the overall performance of the bank`s employees interacting with the clients.
The first phase of the project envisions creating a common database on the current and potential clients, streamlining sales, organizing a record-keeping system for deals and products, introducing analytical components enabling to predict the profitability of customer services and to evaluate objectively the performance of the managers of customer service departments.
Working with CRM SalesLogix will enable the application of an advanced interface with the current and potential clients, facilitate the identification and segmentation of clients, help to organize the feedback system, provide opportunities for analyzing the efficiency of various marketing programs and making timely adjustments to their implementation plans.
By using the reporting and forecasting tools of the CRM system, the employees of the bank`s branch will be able to plan their activity more effectively and respond to the preferences and needs of the bank`s customers as promptly as possible.
The application of cutting-edge CRM technologies by IBA will facilitate rendering the bank`s customers a complete package of high-quality financial services within the shortest possible timeframe.
