Azerbaijani Customs Committee talks delay of trucks on Russian border

Some 150 trucks, travelling from Azerbaijan, were delayed at the customs terminal of the Russian Federation, the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan said in a message on Oct. 29.
The State Customs Committee reports that vehicles and passengers are crossing the Azerbaijan-Russia border with no problems and the customs checkpoint continues to operate normally.
Presently, the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan is negotiating with the Customs Service of the Russian Federation to determine the reasons for the delay of cars traveling from Azerbaijan at the Russian customs terminal and is taking all the necessary steps to address this issue in a positive way.
