Coca-Cola invests over $200M in Azerbaijan's economy

Coca-Cola company has invested more than $200 million in Azerbaijan's economy since 1994.
Director General of Azerbaijan Coca-Cola Bottlers Erdinc Guzel announced about this during the “Economic reforms: Achieved Results and Recommendations” conference in Baku May 30.
He added that the tax deductions of the company, which is one of the first foreign investors in Azerbaijan, amounted to $200 million over the same period.
The Coca-Cola Company is the world's largest beverage company, refreshing consumers with more than 500 sparkling and still brands.
Globally, the company is the No. 1 provider of sparkling beverages, ready-to-drink coffees, and juices and juice drinks.
The Company has local operations in more than 200 countries around the world and opened its bottling plant in Azerbaijan in 1994. The company provides employment directly and indirectly to more than 2,200 people across the country.
