The first official spotting organized by CJSC Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) was held at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport. The event was attended by about 30 professional photographers and aviation photography amateurs.

Spotters got a unique opportunity to capture takeoffs and landings of Boeing-767, Boeing-757, Airbus A340, A320, as well as Boeing 747F and IL-76 freighters. Also, the participants were able to watch live aircraft ground handling process and work of airfield equipment.

In addition, within the organized tour spotters were able to sit in the cockpit of Airbus A340-500 and capture aircrafts of business aviation jets.

Aviation spotting - photography of aircrafts - passion, which brings together thousands of people who love aviation and photography. Supporters of spotting worldwide capture and share the best photos of aircrafts.
