An intellectual game “What? Where? When?” has been held among the volunteers, who are expected to contribute the 42nd World Chess Olympiad.
The game brought together more than 100 young people and was won by team “Indispensable”.
Most of the questions in the game were about chess.
The main objective of the game was to motivate the volunteers ahead of the Olympiad, enhance the team spirit and expand interactive knowledge about chess.
World Chess Olympiad, one of the major events in the world of sport, will take place in Baku on September 1 to 14.
The chess tournament will host about 2,000 chess masters from 175 countries. The number of guests is expected to reach up to 3,000.
On the day of the Olympic Games, the Congress of the World Chess Federation (FIDE) will also be held.
