Azerbaijani kickboxer to compete in Istanbul
Azerbaijani kickboxer Ziya Bayramov will vie for medals at Glory 15 Istanbul, Light Heavyweight World Championship, due to be held at the Ulker Sports Arena, Istanbul, Turkey,AzerTag state news agency reported.
He will take on Turkish Hunkar Kilic on April 12.
The event will feature Glory Light Heavyweight World Championship Tournament for the inaugural Glory Light Heavyweight Championship. Two bouts will be held as semi-finals. The winners of the semi-finals will proceed to the final bout.
Last February Bayramov defeated Moroccan Omar al Amraniye in the K-1 Max Final Four Grand Prix in Baku.
