Synergy Baku cyclist Matt Brammeier won a red mountain jersey at the Tour de Langkawi, which was held in Malaysia on February 27-March 8.

Matt will keep this jersey and the title until the next tour.

"This factor has increased my self-confidence," Matt said, adding that he will try to continue successfully in the upcoming competitions.

Another success of the team this year was Maksym Averin triumph at the Porec Trophy in Croatia, which brought Synergy Baku Cycling Project the first win of the 2014 season.

Synergy rider Daniel Klemme showed the best results of the team with 2:15:55 hours and took the 26th place at the final 103 kilometers long tenth stage, while Patrick Lane became the 29th place.

This year, the national team will also participate in the French cycling road race, the Circuit Des Ardennes, in April and one-day tour of Almaty, Kazakhstan, in August.
