U.S. military official to visit Tbilisi
U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel will pay a visit to Georgia on September 7.
The Georgian Defense Ministry reported that Hagel will visit the Krtsanisi Training Area and meet with the U.S. instructors that train Georgian servicemen for international missions.
The ministry said that Hagel will participate in discussions on the risks posed by the Ukrainian crisis to Georgia.
Following the meetings at Georgia's Defense Ministry, the U.S. Defense Secretary will meet with President Giorgi Margvelashvili and Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili.
