Kazakhstan to create single operator for petroleum products import from Russia
Kazakh Economy and Budget Planning Minister Erbolat Dossayev said a single operator for the supply of Russian petroleum products will be created in Kazakhstan.
"A single operator within KazMunaiGas Onimderi will be created in order to regulate the import and wholesale supply of petroleum products from Russia and to ensure stability in the domestic market," he said at the parliament on March 3.
Marginal contribution will be created for prevention of rates and prices increase on regulated services in inflation for 2014 at 1.2 percentage points' level and introduction of new tariffs and prices for regulated services not earlier than 2014, the minister said.
